In Vietnamese folk beliefs, promoting the role of mothers and respecting women is a long-standing cultural beauty and is the basis for forming the custom of goddess worship and Mother Goddess worship. Therefore, the belief in Mother Goddess worship has become an image, a vivid crystallization in the cultural and spiritual life of Vietnamese people and has been officially recognized by UNESCO as "Practicing the Three Realms Mother Goddess Worship of the Vietnamese people". on the list of representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity in 2016. Therefore, within the scope of this article, we delve deeper into the belief of worshiping Bach Ngoc Thanh Mau in Ha Tinh to demonstrate the admiration for women who have been honored as Holy Mothers.
