The trend towards globalization and international integration is intensifying vigorously and profoundly, opening up opportunities for educational development for all countries, and Vietnam is no exception. In recent years, the national education and training system has been continuously renewed with the objective of finding new directions to improve the quality of education in Vietnam, aiming to reach the qualitative standards of countries in the region and the world. Despite these achievements, the national education system still faces many significant challenges, including the preservation and development of culture in general, and school culture in particular. The experience of many countries around the world has taught us that educational reforms will only bear fruit and achieve success if we manage to preserve and build a healthy and sound school culture. Reforms must be implemented in an environment or space that fosters a healthy school culture. Thus, the author of this study advocates for in-depth research on relationships within schools, grounded in scientific knowledge from pedagogy, cultural studies, psychology, and other disciplines. The results obtained from this research will serve as key tools for educational agencies and institutions, as well as schools, to find solutions and measures—particularly in the effort to build a healthy, normative, and commendable school culture, providing a foundation for improving the quality of educational management.
