Training quality is a critical issue for universities in general and
pedagogical universities/faculties in particular. Compared with the training
quality of other higher education institutions, that of pedagogical universities/
faculties has certain characteristics. Based on clarifying the concept and basis
of determination, the article focuses on analyzing five attributes of the training
quality at pedagogical universities/faculties: being always in a "dynamic"
state, being "dual" in nature, being associated with innovation, focusing on
the quality of learners, and approaching regional and international standards
