Currently, the Vietnamese Government has proposed many guidelines and policies to send Vietnamese workers to work abroad under contracts and has achieved many remarkable results for the country's economy, and Workers have also had many positive changes in their economic lives. However, they also face "post-labor migration" problems. The article uses quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, focusing on clarifying barriers in family relationships and social communities of returning foreign workers. First, their married life faces many obstacles and is at risk of breaking up. Second, they do not have a strong connection with the local social community because there are still barriers in the process of "social reintegration" after returning. On that basis, the article suggests some solutions from the perspective of Social Work to support the spiritual life of this group of workers.
