Building a digital competency framework for pedagogical students in primary education to meet new educational requirements

In the context of digital transformation taking place rapidly in many fields, including education, the issue of training digital competencies for learners plays an important and urgent role. Within the framework of cooperation, researchers from the Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences have proposed a digital competency framework for high school students at all levels as a basis for promulgating a digital competency framework for students at all levels. This requires training at educational institutions to focus on training digital competencies for pedagogical students - future teachers. In this article, based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research, the author has introduced the concept of digital capacity, presented the digital capacity framework of some organizations, and proposed a digital capacity framework for university students majoring in primary education with the hope that this will be the basis for developing appropriate training programs in the current digital transformation period.
