Building a land database is an urgent task, especially in the current period when our country is moving towards building an e-Government. The cadastral database is a core component of the land database. In Nghi Huong ward, Cua Lo town, although the work of cadastral mapping and surveying has been implemented since 2006 and has brought many benefits to serve land management, it has only been stored and Management on Micostation, lack of synchronization, lack of connection between space and attributes makes management more difficult and time-consuming as well as effective in using data. This article applies GIS technology to build a cadastral database for Nghi Huong ward, Cua Lo town, Nghe An province in a uniform and synchronous way to support land management accurately and quickly more effective.
