During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh paid special attention to grow the Vietnamese people to develop comprehensively, with sufficient qualities, morality, health, physical strength, intelligence, talents, and the ability to master themselves, and actively contribute to the cause of national construction and development. Ho Chi Minh determined that human is the center of the universe, the subject, both the goal and the driving force of revolution and social progress. This has made the human issue in Ho Chi Minh’s philosophical thought a valuable spiritual asset, a guideline, a red thread, of lasting value and immortality with the growing of the people of Dong Thap today. The article clarifies some theoretical issues of Ho Chi Minh's philosophical thought on humans; Analyze the current situation and explain the problems of building people in Dong Thap, Vietnam in the cause of innovation according to Ho Chi Minh's philosophical thought. On that basis, determine directions and propose solutions to continue building the people of Dong Thap, Vietnam according to Ho Chi Minh's philosophical thought in the context of globalization, international integration and in the digital age.
