Human resource management is one of the important tasks of an organization. Green human resource management is a topic that has been discussed and applied in many organizations worldwide in the 21st century. Organizations in the 21st century are much more conscious of environmental protection solutions and green human resource management. This article provides an overview of the green human resource management activities of organizations while pointing out the limitations or barriers in green resource management, thereby proposing some potential initiatives for green organizations. The research aims to evaluate the current practice of green human resource management, identify barriers in green human resource management, and make suggestions to help organizations leverage green human resources to achieve competitive advantages.
