Primilinary study on marine fishes and mollusk animals Ngu and Mat islands in Nghe An and adjuntion waters

Ngu and Mat Islands are located in Cua Lo town, Nghe An province. These islands and their adjunction waters are considered as the important region not only in economically development strategy, but also in maintaining the national defense and security of the province and the North-Central region. Therefore, study on the living marine diversity is necessary supporting for conservation and sustainable development orientations. The results of the research team were: the Oseichthyes class has 99 fish species belonging to 41 families, 12 orders in the waters around Ngu Island and 100 species belonging to 30 families, 8 orders in the waters surrounding Mat Island, of which There are 8 species of high economic value. Molluscs group in the waters around Ngu Island with 58 species, 21 families of 7 orders, in the waters around Mat Island there are 37 species, 11 families of 6 orders. Molluscs have 9 species of economic value. There are 4 species of fish and 2 species of molluscs listed in the Vietnam Red Book.
