Abstract: From the approach of social work, the article mentions a number of issues arising in the current and future social development process. Based on updated data, the article analyzes the current status of issues arising in relation to labor, employment, multidimensional poverty reduction, and social insurance. From there, the article emphasizes the need for further research to specifically identify the causes, consequences, and solutions to these issues in order to ensure social security, human security, implement progress, social justice, develop a prosperous country, improve the quality of life, and happiness of the people.
