It should be noted that globalization and international integration have led to developmental opportunities for education worldwide. In recent years, Vietnamese education has witnessed tremendous improvement to meet the requirements of the current context. Besides the positive results, there have been some challenges in terms of protecting and upholding culture in general and school culture in specific. Lessons and experiences can be used as checklists to reflect on building positive and standardized Vietnam school culture. Therefore, the authors recommend that cultural research should be based on educational theories, culture and psychology and the research content should focus on the relationship within educational institutions.
