Vietnam is witnessing significant development in the coffee industry, and the application of a circular economy model to this sector is becoming increasingly imperative. The total coffee export volume of Vietnam reaches approximately 1.6-1.8 million tons annually, solidifying our country's position as the world's second-largest coffee exporter. To ensure sustainable development for the coffee industry, solutions based on the circular economy model are being actively pursued. This article employs a method of synthesizing secondary data to introduce the concept of circular economy and identify circular economy models for the Vietnamese coffee industry. Subsequently, it proposes suitable solutions for optimal development pathways for the industry.
