Traditional methods face challenges such as fraud and cumbersome verification processes. However, blockchain, digital signatures, and QR codes offer a more secure and streamlined approach. Vinh University, renowned for its teacher training and educational research, annually grants thousands of diplomas and certificates. This paper presents a customized Certificate Management System for Vinh University, which utilizes blockchain, digital signatures, and QR codes to ensure integrity and simplify verification. By integrating these technologies, this system not only upholds the integrity of certificates but also sets a new standard for efficient and trustworthy verification processes in the digital age. Implementing this certificate management system represents a significant advancement in certificate management, promising to enhance the credibility and reputation of Vinh University while benefiting its graduates and other stakeholders.
