In the general development trend of Industries 4.0, development associated with sustainable energy is always a top priority. The electric vehicle industry is also growing strongly, increasingly accounting for high in the automobile industry. Besides the advantages that electric vehicle bring, an issue that is always of top concern is improving performance when using batteries. The article focuses on researching the effects of heat on the working process of Panasonic NCR-18650B electric vehicle battery. With the Matlab Simulink simulation tool, the research team examined the effects related to the charging - discharging process of electric vehicle batteries such as voltage, current, state of charge (SOC) at different temperatures of 0, 25, 50 degrees Celsius. Research results contribute to optimizing battery usage, thereby minimizing the impact of batteries on the environment, contributing to the development of the current electric vehicle industry.
