Improving the effectiveness of human rights education in teaching the Environmental Law module at Vinh University

Human rights education is one of the important and strategic contents for the education and training of the young generation, contributing to building a socialist rule-of-law state in Vietnam. In the law university training program, human rights have been integrated into a number of modules such as Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, International Law,... and Environment law. The article aims to analyze the current situation, limitations and difficulties in human rights education in teaching the Environmental Law module, and at the same time, propose some solutions to improve the effectiveness of human rights education in teaching this module currently.
