The trend of modern higher education is to increase practice for learners, putting the learner at the center of the teaching process. The goal of modern education is not only to focus on providing knowledge to learners at the maximum level, but also to form skills and techniques, to form thinking methods, and to independently solve problems. Therefore, there is a need to innovate teaching methods for higher education to meet the requirements of the labor market. The case study method of teaching and learning was first developed at MacMaster University in Hamilton, Canada in the early 20th century. The use of case study method is increasingly effective. in achieving teaching goals in teaching law. The article analyzes the concepts and advantages of applying the case teaching method in law training in general and some concepts of applying the case teaching method in teaching the Land Law module.
