In this study, we evaluated the effect of garlic solutions on growth, uniformity coefficient and survival rate of chickens in small stage (1 day to 4 weeks old). The experiment was setted up with 3 formulas, in which CT1: 1g β-glucan + 1g digestive enzymes; CT2: 0.5g β-glucan + 0.5g digestive enzyme + 0.5ml garlic solutions; CT3: 1 ml of garlic solutions (the ingredients are dissolve in 1 liter of water for continuous drinking during the experimental period). Experiment results after 4 weeks of rearing show that CT2 had the highest growth rate of chicken (409.40 g/bird ± 22.52b), followed by CT3 (401.50 g/bird ± 26.55c) and the lowest was CT1 (385.80 g/bird) ± 36.35a), there is a statistical difference between experimental formulas (p<0,05); The average daily growth rate in CT2 was higher than which of CT3 and CT1. Evaluation of a herd of chickens uniformity coefficient show that the chicken of CT2 achieved the National standards for breeders (TCVN 9117: 2011). At the end of the experiment, the highest survival rate of chickens in CT2 achieved 100%, followed by CT1 with 86.70% and the lowest survival rate in CT3 with 76.70%. The difference in chicken survival rate between experimental formulas is statistically significant (p<0,05)
