Using stakeholders’ ideas to construct, regulate, and assess
learning outcomes is considered a compulsory requirement and has been
deployed by educational institutions with different approaches. Based on
the reality and experiences of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology
(HUTECH) (as a case study), this paper explores the following contents:
(1) Theoretical foundations to construct the learning outcomes including
the use of stakeholders’ ideas (to quantify the assessment of students’
learning outcomes achievement after graduation); (2) The reality of the
using stakeholders’ ideas to construct, regulate and assess HUTECH’s
achievement extent of the learning outcomes; (3) Some proposals for the
using them to construct, regulate and assess the achievement extent of
the learning outcomes
