The study was conducted on 40 students of the Department of Physical Education at Vinh University. Including two groups: experimental group (20 students) and control group (20 students). Research results have developed a number of exercises to develop strength and speed. After 2 months of training, the speed of the experimental group increased significantly with P < 0.05 compared to before 2 months and compared to the control group in all 3 tests
