Abstract:
The educational program is a central element of the school, having a direct influence on the quality and effectiveness of education. Developing the general school education program according to the competency approach is a new trend of education in the world and in Vietnam today to meet the requirements of the times for people. Management and development of high school educational programs according to the competency approach is the process of influencing the management subject through management functions such as planning, organizing, directing, checking and evaluating. To ensure the goal of developing student capacity. In high schools, the management and development of the general education program according to the competency approach is the most important management content of the principal. The study of measures managing the development of general school education programs according to the competency approach in the context of current educational innovation is urgent, has scientific and practical significance. The experimental results show that the measures to manage the development of high school educational programs according to the competency approach are effective and feasible.
