ABSTRACT
In recent years, there has been a concerning rise in school violence, making it
an urgent issue that affects not only students, parents but also the entire
education sector. School focus heavily on literacy but falls short in teaching
individuals, as well as displaying weaknesses in management. The
examination of secondary schools in Bao Loc city, Lam Dong province
reveals a complex issue of school violence, indicating specific deficiencies in
its management and prevention. This situation necessitates the
implementation of synchronized and effective management strategies to
prevent school violence in the city's lower secondary schools, including:
Raising awareness of school violence prevention among educators and
students, developing locally and school-specific plans, organizing and
overseeing the implementation of updated methods and strategies for
preventing school violence, enhancing inspection, evaluation, and
coordination among schools, families, and society in the efforts to prevent
school violence. Good implementation of these measures will contribute to
improving the quality of school violence prevention and control activities in
lower secondary schools.
