The impact of transformational leadership style on organizational commitment of employees at commercial banks in the context of digital transformation

The study aims to test the impact of transformational leadership style on organizational commitment of employees at commercial banks in the context of digital transformation. Quantitative research method was used through exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and linear structural modeling (SEM) with a survey scale of 582 samples of employees at commercial bank branches. trade is different in all three regions: North, Central, and South of the country. The results show both theoretical and practical contributions in research by proving the importance and both direct and indirect impact of transformational leadership style on the three components of organizational engagement. of employees including emotional engagement; Calculation-based engagement and norm-based engagement through the intermediary factor of creativity at work. Based on the research results, a number of recommendations have been proposed to promote transformational leadership style and enhance organizational commitment of employees at commercial banks in the context of digital transformation.
