In the context of rapid digital transformation in many fields, including education, the issue of digital competence training for learners plays an important and urgent role. Recently, the Ministry of Education and Training has issued a digital competency framework for high school students at all levels. This requires training in educational institutions to focus on training digital capabilities for pedagogical students - future teachers. In this article, on the basis of analyzing domestic and international studies, the author has introduced the concept of digital competence and proposed a digital competency framework for pedagogical students of primary education with the desire to this will be the basis for developing appropriate training programs in the current digital transformation period.
