n this study, we use a quantitative research method to measure the impact
of training service quality of project-based learning on student satisfaction
at Vinh University. Research results show that there are 4 out of 6 factors
proposed in the research model affecting student satisfaction, including
Project-based course outlines, lecturers, cramped facilities, extracurricular
activities, and career guidance.
