Impact of transformational leadership on job satisfaction of employees in small and medium-sized enterprises in north central region

This study was conducted to test the impact of transformational leadership on job satisfaction of employees in small and medium-sized enterprises in the North Central region. Through the analysis of SEM linear structure model, with a sample size of 517 employees in enterprises, the research results show that transformational leadership has a favourable impact on employee satisfaction level. In this relationship, knowledge sharing and interdependence
in play a role as intermediaries. Based on the research results, the authors propose a number of recommendations to promote transformational leadership to improve the level of job satisfaction of employees in enterprises.
