The flipped class model creates the closest learning environment for learners, suitable for all levels, making learning more effective and meaningful. Therefore, the flipped class model shows suitability for the requirements of teaching organization in education based on the learning outcomes approach. The article suggests applying the flipped class model in training elementary education students according to the learning outcomes approach and gives some remarks for lecturers and students to develop the effectiveness of this model.
