PROPOSAL FOR TECHNICAL CRITERIA AND PROCESS FOR DESIGNING E-LEARNING MATERIALS FOR USE IN HIGH SCHOOLS

E-learning lectures are an indispensable digital resource when applying online, distance or hybrid teaching models, modern learning models suitable for today's flexible learning needs. There have been a number of domestic and foreign studies that have pointed out the role of E-learning lectures, the standards of E-learning lectures and how to create them. In this study, we present the role of the E-learning lecture, propose a set of technical criteria and design process for an E-learning lecture for blended teaching in high schools. In order to have a set of technical criteria suitable for each grade, level, and subject specificity, it is necessary to have more research and test the attractiveness and effectiveness of these lectures when introduced into the curriculum.
