The goal of applying CDIO of the Faculty of Primary Education, Vinh University is to receive and apply the CDIO approach as a standard framework for developing training programs to meet social needs. to meet international quality standards, to foster innovation in programs, and to encourage new and improved assessment processes, to develop a model that fosters innovation in training processes. In this paper, we present: (1) the model of applying and deploying CDIO in the Faculty of Primary Education; (2) the process and results of applying CDIO; (3); impacts, benefits, and opportunities of CDIO adoption; (4) lessons and recommendations in the application and implementation of CDIO.
