The article has presented the application of deep learning models based on Convolutional Neural Networks to solve image recognition problems in medical diagnosis. The VGG16 and ResNet deep learning architectures were applied to train classification models for diagnosing pneumonia through X-ray images. This forms the basis for deploying an artificial intelligence software system in healthcare, specifically in diagnosing pneumonia through X-ray images
