Human rights education has long been part of the educational curricula of many countries, although there are differences in scope, extent and organization. In Vietnam, ensuring and promoting human rights is the consistent and cross-cutting point of the Party. This idea continued to be confirmed by the 13th Party Congress with many new points. This article will shed light on the Party's new perceptions on human rights issues and human rights education reflected in the Document of the 13th National Congress of the Party, from which to further grasp. , unifying awareness, synchronously deploying solutions to realize the common goal of "rich people, strong country, democracy, justice and civilization".
