Migrant workers are identified as a vulnerable group of people, the protection of their rights and that of their family members has long attracted the attention of the international community. The article has relied on international convention documents to clarify the rights of migrant workers to be protected and mechanisms to ensure the enforcement of the rights of migrant workers.
