General Chu Huy Min is a general with rich practical experience and is continuously rotated through many leading and commanding positions in key strategic areas. With deep thinking and keen political vision, and seasoned experience in combat practice, Comrade Chu Huy Min has become a leader, commander with strategic vision, mentor with close behavior, resolute action during the performance of assigned tasks. He was a military talent, strategic, good at operations and tactics. He contributed to the development of military art, especially made many contributions in leading the struggle for the liberation of the South and reunification of the country. However, within the framework of a scientific presentation, this article only presents the contribution of Comrade Chu Huy Min in the struggle to implement the Paris Agreement and the military victories in South Central Vietnam (from early 1973 to mid-1975).
