In Vietnam, Vinh University is one of the pioneering schools in training Lao students. In 2000, Vinh University started signing cooperation agreements on human resource training with Lao National University and Lao Educational Institutions. On September 23, 2003, Xiengkhuang Department of Education and Vinh University signed the first document on the cooperation process of training university-educated staff for Laos. After nearly 20 years (2003 - 2022), international cooperation on training high-quality human resources for Lao provinces at Vinh University has been expanding in scale and quality. Many students after graduation have been highly appreciated by employers. They have been actively participating in economic and social activities, holding important positions in state agencies, organizations and enterprises of Laos.
