The current context of digital transformation in education poses an urgent requirement for universities to build a model of organization and management effectively in order to implement their key roles in knowledge creation and high quality human resources provision. Recently, many universities in Vietnam have developed digital transformation projects and restructured university governance information systems to meet the digital transformation requirements towards building a smart university.
