Human rights are a result of long-term development of human history, a universal value of nations and peoples in the world. Human rights education has long been part of the educational curricula of many countries. In Vietnam, ensuring and promoting human rights is the consistent and cross-cutting point of the Party. This idea continued to be confirmed by the 13th Party Congress with many new points. The article clarifies the Party's new perceptions on human rights and human rights education reflected in the Document of the 13th Party Congress, thereby, thoroughly grasping and unifying the awareness of implementing consensus. set of solutions to realize the common goal of "rich people, strong country, democracy, justice and civilization"
