Education in Vietnam constantly innovates and receives the advantages of progressive education of the world, the approach of CDIO applying in teaching plays an important role when providing knowledge, skills, capacity, quality in order to meet the Output Criteria of the preschool educational training program for learner, and to meet social requirements. In this article, we study the approach of CDIO applied in teaching the subject "Orgianization method of shaping activity for preschooler”including the following contents: 1) Generalization of subject "Organization method of shaping activity for preschooler"; 2) Approaching CDIO in teaching to achieve output criteria; 3) Solutions to organize activities to improve the quality of teaching and learning to develop quality and competence in order to achieve output criteria, contributing to improving preschool education and ti meet the requirements of educational innovation in our country nowaday
