EMPLOYERS’ PERSPECTIVE TOWARDS TEACHER TRAINING AND FOSTERING

According to Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW on “Fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education” and Resolution No. 88/2014/QH13 of the National Assembly on renovation of curriculum and textbooks in general education, it is vital to enhance teachers’ quality to meet the demand of educational reform. Based on the practical research, the authors analysed the requirements of teachers’ competencies as well as current issues of teacher training and fostering in the current period of time. Several solutions were proposed in order to enhance the quality of teacher training and fostering activities to meet the requirements of renovation of textbooks and general education curriculum. From the perspective of employers, this article focused on highlighting the current issues of teacher recruitment, allocation and fostering in Nghe An province. The paper also deals with the causes and propses solutions to build up teacher training and fostering plan to meet the requirement of educational reform.
