Ensuring the independence of the courts in general and the first trial of administrative cases is a matter of principle, a fundamental basis for implementing the requirements of fairness, democracy, effectiveness and efficiency. To ensure this problem, it is necessary to have synchronous solutions from the legal basis and organizational mechanisms to ensure implementation. In this article, the author will focus on solutions that contribute to ensuring the independence of the court in the first trial of administrative cases in Vietnam.
