Nghia Dan is a mountainous district in the northwest of Nghe An province, with potential for agricultural development, especially high-tech agriculture. The survey results in Nghia Dan district show that agro-tourism has initially developed based on the diversity of agroecosystems, including planted forest ecosystem, perennial tree ecosystem, field ecology, and water surface ecosystems. The values of the agro-ecosystem have been exploited and created tourism products such as resorts, and experiences. However, this economic activity still has no specific planning and orientation; agricultural products of high quality but have not yet confirmed the brand; Tourism products are attractive but have not yet made a difference and diversity. On the basis of analyzing the current situation, this study has proposed 5 groups of solutions to develop agricultural tourism in Nghia Dan district, Nghe An province
