This study clarifies the theoretical basis of the activities of integrating education and training soft skills for students of universities and colleges through measures to integrate soft skills into lectures for effective teaching results and methods of student assessment. In this model, teachers play an important role in implementing and evaluating aspects, teachers must be creative in designing their courses and teaching modules to combine related skills. The teacher's teaching method is student-centered, the classroom integrates soft skills where students will actively participate in the learning process, while the teacher takes on the role of a facilitator, stimulating, and supporting the learning process, research, and practice of students.
