This study clarifies the theoretical basis of the activities of integrating education and training soft skills for students of universities and colleges through measures to integrate soft skills into lectures for effective teaching results and methods of student assessment. In this model, teachers play an important role in implementing and evaluating aspects, teachers must be creative in designing their courses and teaching modules to combine related skills.
