Effective classroom management is one of the most important responsibilities faced by teachers of both online and physical classrooms, yet educators and teachers are still meeting trivial to significant difficulties. As the current Covid-19 pandemic continues to spread across regions, demands for cloud-based education platforms have started to skyrocket. Inevitably, maintaining a more pleasant and rewarding environment for an online classroom is rather challenging due to the diversity programs, undisciplined actions, a lack of technological knowledge, et cetera. This paper attemps to discuss notable problems of online classroom management, and whether to integrate traditional methods into virtual ones, progressing to a virtual class that is as effective as physical, face-to-face class for students who cannot be psesent in real person. It also aims to provide useful strategies for teaching the online courses “Reading and Writing 1” and “Reading ang Writing 2” at Vinh University.
