REVIEW OF ECONOMIC RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN NGHE AN (VIETNAM) AND XIENG KHOUANG (Laos) FROM 2010 TO 2020 Abstract: The relationship between Nghe An province (Vietnam) and Xieng Khouang province (Laos) occupies a very important position and is also considered the epitome of the special friendship between Vietnam and Laos. Further strengthening the historical tradition, in the period 2010 - 2020, Nghe An and Xieng Khoang have cooperated and tightened the bilateral relationship to make it more comprehensive and more integrated in terms of economic cooperation, investment and trade. On the basis of clarifying the changes, achievements, limitations and causes in the economic relations of Nghe An - Xieng Khouang, the article has reached some conclusions affirming the importance as well as the problems that needs attention to promote relations between the two provinces in the current context
