The objective of this study was to investigate on the nutritional composition and the optimal conditions of ultrasonic extraction saponin triterpenoit and total phenolic content from Ganoderma atrum using response surface methdology (RSM). An optimal model according to Box - Benhken design has been formulated to extract total saponin triterpenoit content (TST) Y1 and total phenolic content (TPC) Y2 with three factors: temperature extraction (X1), time extraction (X2) and ultrasonic power (X3). Folow this model, the optimal parameters for extraction process to obtain the highest content of saponin triterpenoit and total phenolic were temperature extraction of 65oC, time of 83 mins and ultrasonic power of 310W. The experimental values of TST and TPC were 1.08±0.04 % and 122.52±0.15 mg GAE/g
