FACTORS AFFECTING THE INVESTMENT DECISIONS OF GENERATION Z ON THE VIETNAM STOCK MARKET

This article examines the factors affecting the investment decisions of Generation Z on the Vietnam stock market. The research data includes 638 questionnaires surveying Generation Z investors in Vietnam's stock market. Using the discovery factor analysis (EFA) method and regression model, the study results showed that "investing with panache" had the most significant influence on generation Z's investment decisions in Vietnam's stock market, followed by "overconfidence" and "fear of missing out effect". The authors have proposed many policy implications to develop securities investment with Generation Z investors.
