When carrying out static nonlinear and linear analyzes of reinforced concrete frame buildings on the action of abnormal loads, a dynamic factor is used to compensate for the dynamic response of structures. The following factors can influence the value of the dynamic factor: the place of exposure to special loads and the type of damaged structures, the material of the structures of the calculated building, the initial state of the structure, the mechanism of resistance of the structure to destruction. The article presents the results of nonlinear and linear static calculations, which are close to the results of nonlinear dynamic calculation of such a structure, which makes it possible to determine the factors that have the greatest influence on the value of the dynamic factor. The range of values of the dynamic factor for various reinforced concrete structures in the two-dimensional frame building and the three-dimensional frame building are given.
