Fifteen strains of F. oxysporum were isolated from root samples from infected plants on Sachi plantation in Quynh Chau, Quynh Luu, Nghe An. In which, the fungus strain F. oxysporum (Fu3.QC) has the strongest potential to cause harm. PDA medium, pH 4, lighting conditions of 12 hours with light and 12 without light, and temperature levels of 25oC and 30oC are the best conditions for the growth and development of F. oxysporum (Fu3.QC))
