This article clarifies the concept and reality of soft skills, manages the development of programs and plans for soft skills for students of universities, manages the implementation of soft skills activities for students; Managing the construction and development of the team working in the field of soft skills education for students of universities in the Mekong Delta region; Manage the necessary conditions and create a favorable environment for the activities of education and training; Managing the inspection and evaluation of teaching and learning activities for students. Based on the current situation of the management of soft skills activities for students at universities in the Mekong Delta, the article has proposed solutions to improve the efficiency of management of soft skills activities for students at universities in the Mekong Delta, contributing to improving high quality and efficiency of higher education in the Mekong Delta today.
