The strong development of science-technology today has positive effects on education at the university level. The continuous increase in the amount of knowledge required for a field of learning creates a huge challenge for traditional in-class learning courses in terms of their ability to meet the diverse learning needs of their students. Therefore, the application of new teaching models is of great interest at the university level to meet the need of learners people in terms of time, location, content, form, and learning progress during the knowledge boomera. CFB (Connections between the Flipped Classroom model and Blended Learning) is being applied in the process of transforming the bachelor's degree in Political Science at Vinh University today. The article presents the CFB teaching model, teaching methods under this model accompanied by an assessment test method applied to the International Political Relations module for students majoring in Political Science at Vinh University
