The quality of teachers plays a very important role in improving student learning outcomes. Therefore, it is extremely important to focus on meeting the professional development needs of teachers. The initial condition to become a teacher is to participate in training programs provided by universities/colleges of pedagogy and grant graduation diplomas (Saito, 2015). However, learning does not simply stop after graduating from school. Lifelong learning throughout the career is essential for professional development.
